As part of Earth Strike UK’s Empower the Unions campaign, we’re asking ‘why are strong unions important to you?’

Empower the Unions believes that Free and active unions have a vital part to play in the just transition to a zero-carbon future. Supported by the Free Our Unions campaign, the aim is to unite environmental activists and trade unionists to resist legislation that restricts our rights to organise and strike, empowering unions to take the action necessary to safeguard our future.

Answers will be used to help shape and publicise the campaign and may be featured on our web page or social media channels if consent is granted.
